CPT Code Data holds all information associated with a customer's CPT codes, which are found within the Codes section of the application. CPT Code Data is most useful when used in conjunction with Charge Data to see more information regarding the CPT on a particular charge. This data set is also useful when you want to display a list of all active/inactive CPT codes that are currently in a customer's account. All of the fields under this category correspond directly with fields within the Codes section of the application.

| All Inclusive | Displays "Yes" if the "All Inclusive" option is selected. Displays "No" otherwise. |
| CLIA Number | Associated with the "CLIA Number" field |
| Code | Associated with the "Code" field. This will display the actual CPT code. |
| Department | Associated with the "Department" field. |
| Drug Code | Associated with the "Drug Code" field. |
| Drug Code Format | Associated with the "Drug Code Format" combo field. This report field will display whichever option is selected in the combo box. This field displays the default Drug Code, which is 5-4-2. |
| Exclude From Duplicate Check? | Displays "Yes" if the "Exclude code from duplicate service check" option is selected. Displays "No" otherwise. |
| Full Description | Displays all of the text entered in the "Descr" field. |
| Inactive? | Displays "Yes" if the "Inactive Code" option is selected. Displays "No" otherwise. |
| Modifier List | Displays a concatenated list of all 4 modifiers associated with this CPT code. For example, if this CPT code has:
Then this report would display "A B C D." |
| Global Modifier 1 | Associated with the Modifier entered in the first global modifier box. |
| Global Modifier 2 | Associated with the Modifier entered in the second global modifier box. |
| Global Modifier 3 | Associated with the Modifier entered in the third global modifier box. |
| Global Modifier 4 | Associated with the Modifier entered in the fourth global modifier box. |
| Print on Superbill? | Displays "Yes" if the "Print Code on Superbill" option is selected. Displays "No" otherwise. |
| Short Description | Displays the abbreviated version of the text in the "Descr" field. This report field will only display the first 60 characters of the full description. This field is useful for displaying a partial description along with other CPT data. |
| Statement Description | Associated with the "Statement Description" field. |
| Superbill Category | Associated with Superbill Category field. |
| Superbill Description | Associated with the Superbill Description field. |
| Type | Associated with the Type combo field. This report field will display whichever option is selected in the combo box. |
| Effective Date | Associated with the Effective Date field. |
| Termination Date | Associated with the Termination Date field. |
| Default Price | Associated with the Default Price field. |
| Default Units | Associated with the Default Units field. |
