Manage Documents

Find or download Documents

Documents uploaded to your cloud storage can be downloaded and viewed at any time as long as you have access to CollaborateMD. 

  1. Select Documents > Browser.

  2. Use the Search field or the Advanced Search button to locate the file.

  3. Double click on the name to download the file. Or right-click on the file and select Download.

    You must download and open the file to view it.


File Documents

Our documents browser makes it easy to organize your files and images by making it simple to move or, or multiple files to different folders. Follow the steps below to move a document to a new folder within the documents section.

  1. Select Documents > Browser.

  2. Use the Search field or the Advanced Search button to locate the file.

    1. To move one document at a time:

      1. Right click on the name and select Move To.

    2. To move multiple documents at once. 

      1. Place a check in the box for the documents you want to move.

      2. Click the Move To button. 

  3. Select the new location for this document.

  4. Click Move.

Rename a Document

Follow the steps below to rename an existing document.

  1. Select Documents > Browser.

  2. Use the Search field or the Advanced Search button to locate the file.

  3. Right-click on the file/line you wish to rename and select Rename.

  4. Type the new file name.

    Two documents cannot be saved with the same name.

  5. Click Rename File.

Delete a Document

Once a document has been deleted, it can't be restored. Proceed with care. 

  1. Select Documents > Browser.

  2. Use the Search field or the Advanced Search button to locate the file.

  3. Click the file name to highlight it, then click the Delete button. Or right click on the filename and select Delete.

    You can delete multiple files at once by checking the box to the left of the name then clicking the Delete button. 

  4. Click Delete when the confirmation displays.
