Copying a Welcome Page to another customer allows users to use an existing welcome page configuration as a template and apply any necessary changes in order to save time. This provides the flexibility to quickly configure a welcome page based on the configuration of an existing welcome page.
Select Home > Welcome.
Click Customize (top right corner).
Select Copy Configuration to copy these settings to another customer account you manage.
If the user cannot perform a timeline action based on his/her permissions for that customer, no data will be shown for that action on the timeline. - Check the box next to the customer account(s) to copy the settings to, then click Copy.
Click Save.
If the user cannot perform a timeline action based on his/her permissions for that customer, no data will be shown for that action on the timeline.
