This option allows users to manually import claims and patients from their EMR/EHR into CollaborateMD as interface messages.
Who can import files?
Users with the Import permission.
Only files in HL7 format are supported.
- Select Interface > Import.
Select HL7 from the dropdown.
Click the Import button.
Locate the file(s) you want to import from your computer.
Select the Files.
Important:
Once files have been selected, the system will upload each of the files and process them as HL7 interface messages. Any errors or warnings will be available within Interface Tracker. When the import is complete, the system has the option to automatically run a search in Interface Tracker showing the messages that were just imported.
