Follow the steps below to reactivate a Fee Schedule.
Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Fee Schedules.
Place a check in the "Include inactive Fee Schedules" box to include inactive fee schedules in your search results.
Use the Show All button to view all fee schedules. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.
Select the Fee Schedule.
Click OK when the “This fee schedule is currently inactive.” pop-up displays.
Uncheck the Make this fee schedule inactive checkbox.
