Follow the steps below to reactivate a Fee Schedule.
- Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Fee Schedules. 
- Place a check in the "Include inactive Fee Schedules" box to include inactive fee schedules in your search results. 
- Use the Show All button to view all fee schedules. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search. 
- Select the Fee Schedule. 
- Click OK when the “This fee schedule is currently inactive.” pop-up displays. 
- Uncheck the Make this fee schedule inactive checkbox. 
- Click Save.
