Notes can be used to include any special information regarding a referring provider and can be viewed by all members of your team that have permission to access the Referring Provider screen. Using the notes feature can help your team stay organized and up to date on changes and updates regarding any referring provider.
Follow the steps below to add, view or edit notes for a Referring Provider.
Select Customer Setup > Referring Providers.
Use the Show All button to view all referring providers. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.
Select the Referring Provider.
Locate and click on the Notes tab from the right-hand side panel.
Type any notes.
