If you've lost the two-factor authentication method you use to sign in to CollaborateMD, your Admin or Auth Rep can reset it easily at any time.
Select Account Administration > User Management.
Use the Manage User for Customer drop-down menu to select which customer to access.
Locate the user in the list or use the Search field to further drill down your search.
Select the User.
Click Reset Two-Factor Authentication.
The User will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication again upon logging in.
