A Data Conversion is the process of converting your existing data from a current system (PM or EHR / EMR) into CollaborateMD. We will securely and accurately convert patient demographics, codes, appointments, payers, and referring providers from over 100 systems.
Data copies do not include rendering/attending providers, billing providers, claims, financial data, pending information (appointments, etc.), notes (e.g., patient notes, claim notes, etc.), or patient balance. Please note that a Data Copy does not replace existing data. Data copies can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to be processed.
A Data Conversion process typically takes between 7 to 10 business days to complete after payment is received. CollaborateMD will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the data transfer within the aforementioned timeframe once payment has been made.
