Find or edit an Appointment Status

  1. Select Appointments > Configuration… > Appointments Statuses

  2. Use the Show All button to view all appointment statuses.  Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.

    Place a check in the "Include inactive statuses" box to include inactive appointment statuses in your search results.

  3. Select the Appointment Status.

  4. Optional: Modify the appointment status. 

  5. Click Save. Otherwise, click Close if no changes were made.
