Depending on your office workflow, there may be instances where you need to modify the received check date when reviewing or applying ERAs.
Select Payment > ERA.
Enter your Search Criteria.
Click the Search button
Locate an ERA from the list.
Use the Check Date field to enter in a new check date.
The check date can only be modified for unapplied ERAs.
Need to change the check date for each ERA you are posting today? Click and select your Applied Check date. Each ERA you start reviewing and apply today will contain the new check date. However, ERAs that have already started the review process will not be updated with the new date.
