• Per-Customer Roles for Billing Services:  If you work in a Billing Service account, you can now restrict Permission Roles to be specific to a single customer rather than working for all customers in your account. When a Role is customer-specific, it can only be applied to a user's permissions in the selected customer.

Admins that only have access to one customer will only be able to create Permission Roles that are specific to their customer. Admins with access to multiple customers will be able to choose which customer each Role applies to. Only Admins and Authorized Representatives with access to every customer within the Billing Service will be able to create or edit Roles that are visible in the entire account.
