Add a Collection Agency

Follow the steps below to add a  Collection Agency.

1. Select Customer Setup > Collection Agencies.

2. Click New Collection Agency . 

3. Add the Collection Agency Name.

4. Add the Collection Agency’s contact information ( address, phone, fax, email).

5. Click Save.
