In the event a Diagnosis Code is no longer in use, you can inactivate the code to prevent staff members in your office from using it; there is no way to permanently delete a diagnosis code.
Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Diagnosis Codes.
Use the Search field to find the diagnosis code by the code or description. Or use the Show All button to view all codes.
Select the Diagnosis Code you want to make inactive.
Place a check in the Make this code inactive box.
