Select Customer Setup > Referring Providers.
Use the Show All button to view all referring providers. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.
Place a check in the “Include inactive referring providers” box to include inactive referring providers in your search results.Select the Referring Provider.
Optional: Modify the information.
Click Save. Otherwise, click Close if no changes were made.
