• New Shortcuts in Manage Account:  In Manage Account, a new right-click (long press for touchscreen users) menu has been added. When you right-click on a Claim or Charge, you will have the option to Open Claim. When you right-click on a Payment or Adjustment, you will have the option to Open Payment.
