Patient Data

Patient Data holds all patient information under a customer's account. All of the fields under this category correspond directly with fields found under the Patient section of the application. 

 Name Description
Account NumberThe account number of the patient as seen in the "Account#" field.
Facility IDThe unique identifier of the Facility associated with the patient.
Office IDThe unique identifier of the Office associated with the patient.
Practice IDThe unique identifier of the Practice associated with the patient.
Provider IDThe unique identifier of the Provider associated with the patient.
Referring Provider IDThe unique identifier of the Referring Provider associated with the patient.
Account TypeDisplays the chosen option in the "Account Type" comb box.
Address Line 1Associated with the first "Address" field.
Address Line 2Associated with the second "Address" field.
Birth MonthDisplays the full month name that the patient was born in. For example, if a patient was born on 10/23/1990, this field would display "October".
Birthday Today?Displays "Yes" if today is the patient's birthday. That is, the current date's day and month must match the day and month in which the patient was born. If not, this field will display "No".
Cell PhoneAssociated with the "Cell#" field.
CityAssociated with the "City" field.
Collect ReasonDisplays the collection reason associated with this patient account.
Driver's LicenseAssociated with the "Driver's Lisc." field.
EmailAssociated with the "Email" field.
Employed StatusDisplays the chosen option in the "Employed Status" selection field (under Defaults).
EthnicityDisplays the chosen option in the "Ethnicity" selection field (under Defaults).
First NameAssociated with the "First" field.
Full NameDisplays the patient's full name in the following format: [Last Name], [First Name] [Middle Initial]. If for some reason there is no last name or first name on record for the patient, no comma will be displayed.

Example: Smith, John Q
Full Name w/IDDisplays the patient's full name followed by their account number in the following format: [Last Name], [First Name] [Middle Initial] ([Account Number])

Example: Smith, John Q (12345678)
GenderDisplays the chosen option in the "Sex" selection field.
Has Referring?Displays "Yes" if there is a Referring Provider associated with this patient. Otherwise, this field will display "No".
Home PhoneAssociated with the "Home#" field.
Inactive?Displays "Yes" if the "Inactive" option is selected. Otherwise, this field will display "No".
Incomplete?Displays "Yes" if the "Complete" field is marked as "No". Otherwise, this field will display "No".
InfolineAssociated with the "Info" field.
LanguageDisplays the selection option in the "Language" field (under Defaults).
Last NameAssociated with the "Last Name" field.
Martial StatusDisplays the chosen option in the "Marital Status" selection field (under Defaults).
Middle InitialAssociated with the "MI" field.
PrefixAssociated with the "Acct Prefix" field. Note: To see this field in the patient section you must have the "Show Prefix field in Patient Screen" option selected under defaults.
Print FDN?Associated with the "Include in batch for Final Demand Notification" checkbox. Displays "Yes" if the option is selected. Otherwise, this field will display "No".
RaceDisplays the chosen option in the "Race" selection field (under Defaults).
Reference #Associated with the "Reference #" field. Note: To see this field in the patient section you must have the "Show reference#" field option selected under defaults.
Residence TypeDisplays the chosen option in the "Residence Type" field (under Defaults).
SSNAssociated with the "SS#" field.
StateAssociated with the "State" field.
Statue StatusDisplays the chosen option in the "Student Status" selection field (under Defaults).
SuffixAssociated with the "Suffix" field.
Work ExtensionAssociated with the "Ext" field.
Work PhoneAssociated with the "Work#" field.
Zip CodeAssociated with the "Zipcode" field.
Added DateDisplays the date on which the patient was added to the system.
AppointmentAssociated with the "Patient Appt" field.
BirthdayAssociated with the "Birthdate" field.
Is it at collections?Displays "Yes" if the charge is at collections. 
Collections DateDisplays the date on which the patient's account went to collections.
FollowupAssociated with the "Patient Followup" field.
Last Appt Date
Displays the most recent date on which the patient an appointment in the system.
Last Insurance PaymentAssociated with the "Last Ins Payment" field.
Last Patient PaymentAssociated with the "Last Pat Payment" field.
Last VisitAssociated with the "Last Visit" field.
RecallAssociated with the "Patient Recall" field.
AgeDisplays the patient's current age.
Days Since Last SeenDisplays the number of days that have passed since this patient's Last Visit date.
Statements PrintedAssociated with the "Statements Mailed # Times" field.
Last Collections DOSDisplays the date of service for the most recent charge assigned to collections.
Collection AmountDisplays the total amount of charges associated with this patient that are set to the charge status "Collections".
FamilyBalance
Displays the family's balance. This is associated with the value in the "Family Balance' field.
Family Insurance Balance
Displays the family's insurance balance. This is associated with the value in the "Family Insurance Balance" field.
Family Patient Balance
Displays the Family patient's balance. This is associated with the value in the "Due Patient' fields.
Insurance BalanceDisplays the patient's insurance balance. This is associated with the value in the "Ins" field.
Insurance CreditsDisplays the total amount of insurance credit associated with this patient.
Patient BalanceDisplays the patient's balance. This is associated with the value in the "Due Patient' field.
Patient CreditsDisplays the total amount of patient account credit associated with this patient.
Total BalanceDisplays the patient's total balance (Patient + Insurance).
Total CreditsDisplays the total amount of account credits (Patient and Insurance) associated with this patient.
