Delete a Diagnosis Code Alert

Follow the steps below to delete an alert associated to a Diagnosis Code.

  1. Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Diagnosis Codes.

  2. Use the Search field to find the diagnosis code by code name or description. Or use the Show All button to view all codes.

    Place a check in the "Include inactive codes" box to include inactive codes in your search results. 

  3. Select the Diagnosis Code.

  4. Locate and click on the Alerts tab from the right-hand side panel.

  5. Find the alert and click the icon. Or open the alert to review, then click the Delete button.

  6. Click Save.
