The User Bar can be found in the upper corner of the screen, where your name and customer name is displayed. You can access the user bar from any screen as it provides a convenient way to switch to and from your customers, manage your user profile and submit feedback to us!
Instead of storing your documents on your local area network, documents are stored on CollaborateMD’s Cloud Storage, allowing you to access files anywhere you have your CollaborateMD credentials and an internet connection. Find your documents quickly by using the Search bar. We have also included an Advanced Search option to further filter your searches.
Security is managed through the program instead of through your personal storage location. All files uploaded to our cloud storage are backed up and can be allocated on demand, so you never have to worry about purchasing extra disks or equipment to store your files. Document Storage must be enabled by an Authorized Rep within the Account Administration section. Once enabled, you can then begin adding documents onto the CollaborateMD server.
