Collection Agency Notes

Add a Collection Agency Note

Notes can be used to include any special information regarding a collection agency and can be viewed by all users that have permission to access the Collection Agencies screen.

  1. Select Customer Setup > Collection Agencies.

  2. Use the Show All button to view all Collection Agencies. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.

  3. Select the Collection Agency. 

  4. Locate and click on Notes from the right-hand side panel.

  5. Type your notes.

  6. Click Save.

Find or edit a Collection Agency Note

  1. Select Customer Setup > Collection Agencies.

  2. Use the Show All button to view all collection agencies. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.

  3. Select the Collection Agency

  4. Locate and click on Notes from the right-hand side panel.

  5. Optional:Modify your note.

  6. Click Save.

Remove a Collection Agency Note

  1. Select Customer Setup > Collection Agencies.

  2. Use the Show All button to view all collection agencies. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.

  3. Select the Collection Agency

  4. Locate and click on Notes from the right-hand side panel.

  5.  Delete any notes.

  6. Click Save.
