Do you want to share the claim follow up information with members of your team who don’t have access to CMD? You can export the data so it can be accessed outside of CMD. If you want to store the list externally, you are able to Export the returned search results.
Follow the steps below to export the search results.
Select Claim > Follow Up Management.
Enter your Search Criteria, and click Search.
Check the box next to the claims you wish to export.
Click the Export button.
Place a check in the box to Include the claim follow up notes in the export.
Chose to include all notes or just the most recent note in the export.
Place a check in the box to Include relative patient notes in the export.
Click Export.
