Description: The User Productivity by Notes Report displays a list of claims with any claim/claim follow-up notes that have been created by each user during the specified time frame. This report is grouped by the created by user and displays the note count, claim ID, last note & claim from dates, and billed amounts. Additionally, the report shows the claim status and a co-display for Daily Productivity.
Limitations: Does not include deleted claims.
