Inactivate a Fee Schedule

In the event a Fee Schedule is no longer needed, follow the instructions below to inactivate that schedule; there is no way to permanently delete a Fee Schedule. 

  1. Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Fee Schedules.

  2. Use the Show All button to view all fee schedules. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search.

  3. Select the Fee Schedule.

    You cannot make the Default Fee Schedule inactive. 

  4. Place a check in the Make this fee schedule inactive checkbox.

  5. Click Save
