Now that you have added your Request list, you can easily create an appointment once you have availability in your schedule.
Select Appointments > Manage Waiting List.
Enter your Search Criteria or Load a Search Filter.
Click Search.
Right-Click the appointment request you wish to create the appointment for and select Create Appointment.
Verify your appointment information and click Save.
Click Mark As Completed, when the “Would you like to remove the following request from the appointment waiting list and mark it as completed?” pop-up displays.
