Now that you have added your Request list, you can easily create an appointment once you have availability in your schedule.
- Select Appointments > Manage Waiting List. 
- Enter your Search Criteria or Load a Search Filter. 
- Click Search. 
- Right-Click the appointment request you wish to create the appointment for and select Create Appointment. 
- Verify your appointment information and click Save. 
- Click Mark As Completed, when the “Would you like to remove the following request from the appointment waiting list and mark it as completed?” pop-up displays.
