Communications

The Communications sub-category, found under Patient Data, corresponds to the information about communication opt-ins in reports, enabling customers to conduct targeted outreach to patients to encourage them to opt-in. These are set within the Patient section of the application.

Marketing Communication Preference
Associated with the marketing "Communication Preference" fields  within the Preferences > Change Communication Settings of the Payment Portal.
Receipts Communication PreferenceAssociated with the receipt "Communication Preference" fields  within the Preferences > Change Communication Settings of the Payment Portal.
