Request to Reopen Customer

Follow the steps below to request to reopen a previously closed customer.

  1. Select Account Administration > Customer Management.

  2. Place check in the Show Closed Customers checkbox.

  3. Scroll through the customer list. Or use the Find in Table field to locate the customer account. 

  4. Select the Customer

  5. Click the Request to Reopen this Customer field.

  6. Click Continue when the pop-up displays.
