Charge Panels Status

Inactivate a Charge Panel

In the event a Charge Panel is no longer in use, you can inactivate the panel to prevent staff members in your office from using or referencing it; there is no way to permanently delete a charge panel.

  1. Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Charge Panels.

  2. Use the Show All button to view all charge panels or use the Search field to further drill down your search. 

  3. Select the Charge Panel you want to make inactive. 

  4. Place a check in the Make this charge panel inactive box.

  5. Click Save


Reactivate a Charge Panel

Follow the steps below to reactivate a Charge Panel. 

  1. Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Charge Panels.

  2. Place a check in the "Include inactive panels" box to include inactive panels in your search results.

  3. Use the Show All button to view all charge panels. Or use the Search field to further drill down your search. 

  4. Select the Charge Panel to reactivate.

  5. Click OK when the “This charge panel is currently inactive.” pop-up displays.

  6. Uncheck the Make this charge panel inactive box.

  7. Click Save.
