Activate Archived Insurance

Follow the steps to activate an insurance policy in the insurance history section. 

  1. Select Patient > Patient.

  2. Use the Search field to search through your patients. 

    Place a check in the “Include inactive patients” box to include inactive patients in your search results.

  3. Select the Patient.

  4. Click the Insurance Info tab.

  5. Click the Insurance History button.

  6. Right click on the insurance you wish to activate.

  7. Select Set as Active Insurance.

  8. In the drop-down pop up select the insurance type (priority).

  9. Click Ok. Then, click Done.

  10. Click Save.
