Make an Invoice Payment

Your payment profile is auto-debited on the 5th of each month.

  1. Select Account Administration > Invoices.

  2. On the Invoice screen, you'll see your Current Balance, when the next Auto Debit is scheduled, and when the Last Payment was made

  3. You can make a payment one of two ways

    1. Click the Make a Payment button to post the payment to any outstanding invoice(s).  

      1. Select the Payment Profile to use.

      2. Enter the Payment amount.

    2. Click the Pay Now button to post the payment to the specific invoice.  

      1. Select the Payment Profile to use.

  4. Click Submit.
