Description: The Touches to Completion Report shows the number of touches required to complete a claims cycle (get paid). It includes details such as the claim ID, claim from date, claim total amount, and claim total touches. Additionally, the report shows a co-display for Touches to Completion by Date of Service. This report is also accessible through a drill-through option from the Average Touches to Completion dashboard gadget.
Limitations: Does not include deleted claims.
