In the event a Revenue Code is no longer in use, you can inactivate the code to prevent staff members in your office from using it; there is no way to permanently delete a Revenue Code.
Follow the steps below to to inactivate a Revenue Code.
Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Revenue.
Use the Search field to find the Revenue Code by the code or description. Or use the Show All button to view all codes.
Select the Revenue Code you want to make inactive.
Place a check in the Make this code inactive box.
