Patient Note Data holds information regarding patient notes. Specifically, fields found under this category are directly associated with notes entered within the Patient section. When using fields from this category on a report, be aware that patients may be listed more than once in the results, as one patient may have many notes associated to him/her.

| Deleted? | Displays "Yes" if this note has been marked as deleted. Otherwise, this field displays "No". |
