Batch Print Labels

  1. Select Patient > Label Batch Print.

  2. Enter your Search Criteria or Load a Search Filter.

    1. Patient Last Name Between: Select which patients to  include in your search based on the first letter of their last name.  

    2. Patient Account Type: Select the patient account types you would like to refine your search by.

    3. Patient State: Select whether you want to search for patients by a state.

    4. Patient Age: Use the drop-down menu to refine your search by an age.

    5. Patient Birth Month: Use the drop-down menu to refine your search by a patient's birth month.

    6. Do not include deceased patients:  Place a check in the box to exclude deceased patients in your search. 

    7. Use the Last Seen Date field to filter the search by the date the patient was last seen.

    8. Use the Recall Date field to filter the search by the recall date for the patient to be seen.

    9. Use the Follow Up Date field to filter the search by the patient’s follow up date.

    10. Use the Appointment Date field to filter the search by the patient’s appointment date in the scheduler.  

      If an Appointment Date is chosen, select an Appointment Status from the drop-down to filter the search by.

    11. Total Balance: Use the drop-down menu to refine your search based on a patient's total balance. 

    12. Patient Balance: Use the drop-down menu to refine your search based on a patient's due balance.

    13. Insurance Balance: Use the drop-down menu to refine your search based on a patient's due insurance balance.

    14. Use the Total, Patient, or Insurance Balance drop-down menus to refine your search based on the corresponding balance. 

    15. Paper Statements Sent: Use the drop-down menu to refine your results based on the last time a paper statement was sent to a patient.

    16. Electronic Statements Sent: Use the drop-down menu to refine your results based on the last time an electronic statement was sent to a patient.

    17. Total Statements Sent: Use the drop-down menu to refine your results based on the last time a statement (paper/electronic) was sent to a patient.

    18. Select the Practice search criteria to return results of patients at the selected practice(s). 

    19. Select the Provider search criteria to return results of patients with the selected provider(s).

    20. Select the Office search criteria to return results of patients with the selected office(s).

    21. Select the Payer search criteria to return results of payers with the selected payer(s).

  3. Click .

  4. The search results page will display patients who match your search terms.

  5. Optional: Click on the  icon to edit your search criteria.

  6. You are able to interact with the search results by right-clicking on a row.

    1. Copy: Copies the patient's information to your clipboard.

    2. Open Patient: Opens the selected patients record within the patient screen.

    3. Reprint Label: Reprints the selected patients previously printed label.

    4. Reprint All Labels: Reprints all the previously printed patients labels.

  7. Place a check in the box next to the patient(s) you want to print labels for.

  8. Click .

  9. Select the Type of Label you want to print by clicking on the Label Name.

    Custom Labels print one Patient per sheet. Default Labels will print multiple patients per sheet.

  10. A new tab with a print dialog window will open, select Print again.

  11. Click .

    Once printed the check box will be replaced with a  icon that will mark it as printed.
