Follow the steps instructions below to edit an Inventory Code Alert.
Select Customer Setup > Codes... > Inventory.
Use the Search field to find the Inventory code by code name or description, or use the Show All button to view all codes.
Place a checkmark in the “Include inactive codes” box to include inactive codes in your search results.
Select the Inventory Code you want to edit the alert for.
Locate the alert message field and make any necessary edits.
Optional: Make any adjustments to the “Display alert when quantity falls below” field.
Please pull the Inventory Report located in the Misc. Report folder in Report Viewer to find a list of all active inventory codes on your account.
