• Password Reset Email timeframe extended:  We understand that sometimes Admins/Auth Reps have to reset user passwords for users who might not be in the same office or even in the same time zone. This could be an issue since the password reset emails would expire after 30 minutes making it difficult for some users to reset their password on time. We've now updated the user password reset emails to be valid for the same length of time as our welcome email (24 hours) instead of the 30-minute default. This will allow users enough time to reset their password without having their email link expire.
