As an Admin or Auth Rep, you can reset a user's password for better protection or to unlock a user if they're locked out.
Select Account Administration > User Management.
Use the Manage User for Customer drop-down menu to select which customer to access.
Locate the user in the list or use the Search field to further drill down your search.
Select the User.
Click Reset Password.
Click Reset Password again when the confirmation pop-up displays.
Another window will pop up displaying a temporary password. Provide this temporary password securely to the user.
