Find Invoice Payments

  1. Select Account Administration > Invoices.

  2. Ensure the Payment History tab is selected.

  3. Invoice Payments for the last 90 Days will automatically be shown.

  4. Click the Search hyperlink to search for other past payments.

    1. Use the Invoice Date option filter invoices based on the payment date.

    2. Show Payments: Show Payments in the search within the date range.

    3. Show Credits: Show Credits in the search within the date range.

    4. Click the Search button.

  5. You can interact with the payment results by right-clicking on a row.

    1. View Invoices: Opens a pop up showing the payment details along with the invoice the payment was applied to.
