The View Payments screen gives you the flexibility to review and manage for previously posted patient payments or insurance checks. Use the view payment section to view or edit how an insurance payment was applied across charges or payment plans. You are even able to view how “Payment Only” insurance payments were applied.

Users with the Patient Payment and/or Insurance Payment permission.
