Patient Info Sheet & Ledger Filters

Save Patient Info Sheet & Ledger Filters

To help you quickly print the Info Sheet & Ledger, you are able to save and use search criteria filters. Using saved filters will help you print the information you need faster.

  1. Select Patient > Patient.

  2. Use the Search field to search through your patients. 

  3. Select the Patient.

  4. Click on Print found at the top of the page.

  5. Select Patient Info Sheet & Ledger.

  6. Enter your Search Criteria.

  7. Click the Save link.

  8. Add a Name to your filter.

  9. Use the Share with drop-down menu to select whether to share this filter on the user or Customer level.

  10. Click Save.  

Load Patient Info Sheet & Ledger

  1. Select Patient > Patient.

  2. Use the Search field to search through your patients.

  3. Select the Patient.

  4. Click on Print found at the top of the page.f

  5. Select Patient Info Sheet & Ledger.

  6. Click the Load link.

  7. Click on the Filter you wish to use.


Update Patient Info Sheet & Ledger Filters

  1. Select Patient > Patient.

  2. Use the Search field to search through your patients. 

  3. Select the Patient.

  4. Click on Print found at the top of the page.

  5. Select Patient Info Sheet & Ledger.

  6. Click the Load link.

  7. Click on the Filter you wish to update.

  8. Enter your updated Search Criteria.

  9. Click on the Save link.

  10. Choose whether to Update Filter or Save as New Filter.

Remove Saved Patient Info Sheet & Ledger Filters

  1. Select Patient > Patient.

  2. Use the Search field to search through your patients.

  3. Select the Patient.

  4. Click on Print found at the top of the page.

  5. Select Patient Info Sheet & Ledger.

  6. Click the Load link.

  7. Click on the  icon next to the filter you wish to remove.

  8. Click Delete.
