Only the first defaulted payer for each priority (i.e., Primary, Secondary, Tertiary) will be displayed on the patient info sheet.
Follow the steps below to print a patient info sheet and ledger for your patient.
Select Patient > Patient.
Use the Search field to search through your patients.
Place a check in the “Include inactive patients ” box to include inactive patients in your search results.
Select the Patient.
Click on the Print button found at the top of the page.
Select Patient Info Sheet & Ledger.
Use the Patient Info Sheet & Transactional History checkboxes to determine what information should be included on the infosheet and/or ledger.
Use the sort drop-down menu to select what order the information should be shown.
