Use Message Templates to send messages that include information that doesn't change from message to message. You can compose a message and save it as a template, then reuse it anytime you want, adding new information if needed.
Select Home > Messages.
Click the Compose button.
Add a Subject.
Write your message.
Click Save as Template.
Follow the steps below to search and/or edit a template.
Select Home > Messages.
Select Templates.
Select the template you would like to modify.
Optional: Modify the template.
Click Save.
Once a message template has been permanently deleted, it can never be retrieved.
Select Home > Messages.
Select Templates.
There are two ways to delete message templates:
Check the box(es) to the left side of the message template(s) to be deleted, or
Open the message template and click the Delete button.
Click OK when the "Are you sure you want to permanently delete the selected message?" pop-up displays.
Click Delete again.
