Appointment Statuses

The Appointment Statuses screen is where you can manage the appointment statuses available within the scheduler. Appointment statuses are a powerful tool that can help your office staff stay organized and on top of the appointments you have. Appointment statuses give you the ability to quickly identify the state of an appointment, for example, if the appointment has been confirmed, canceled or any other status you would like to use. Knowing the state of the appointment will help you identify what actions are needed for each appointment and to plan accordingly.


Who can use this feature? 

Users with the Scheduler Configuration permission. 


The appointment scheduler comes with some standard appointment statuses that cannot be edited, deleted/inactivated. These  include: Scheduled, Confirmed, Checked-In, In Room, Checked-Out, Canceled, No Show, Deleted, Rescheduled
