The Welcome screen shows relevant information for each user depending on the roles that they have within their organization. The system automatically controls what information to show the user by assigning a timeline and dashboard based on the user's permissions. However, users are able to customize their Timeline, welcome Dashboard, and Shortcuts allowing them to access items needing attention as soon as they log in.
Who can use this feature?
Users with the Dashboards permissions will be able to view and edit the welcome dashboards
Note: Individual timeline options and shortcuts are available as long as the user has permissions for the specific section(s) they are trying to access.
