Idea Exchange allows you to help shape the future of CollaborateMD by submitting creative and innovative ideas on products, solutions, and support. Through an ongoing partnership, we can create and innovate together to provide the appropriate products, solutions, and support that deliver the right value to your business. After an idea is submitted, we as a community, will vote and collaborate on that idea. The ideas that receive the most votes each month will be reviewed by our Idea Committee. These ideas will be assessed and implemented based on affordability and scheduled for a future release within our application. If your idea is chosen for implementation you will receive an email notifying you that your idea has been moved from Active to In Progress.

Self-Service Portal

Our Self-Service Portal allows you to resolve your questions 24/7 without contacting Support. You can visit our Self-Service Portal by logging onto crm.collaboratemd.com  with your username (email address) and the password emailed to you. Within the Self-Service Portal, you can log new cases, add comments or upload attachments to open cases, vand iew or re-open closed cases,

You must be a CMD customer with a valid username and password to access the Portal. Please contact our Support Department to gain access. 


Patient Payment Portal

Boost your patient payments by allowing them to make payments directly on your online portal. Patients can b invited to the Payment Portal and they will receive a welcome email with their login information or they can register with their patient account number.  Once a patient is registered within the portal, they can make one-time payments, set up automatic payments, view payment history,  print statements, and much more.

Pay Over Time with Sunbit

CollaborateMD now has an integrated partnership with Sunbit's buy now, pay later (BNPL) technology. Trusted healthcare practices and medical billing platforms can now choose Sunbit as a patient-friendly solution for post-care payment plans. Sunbit helps eliminate the stress of managing in-house payment plans by offering a pay-over-time option for patient invoices.

Providers can now offer their patients financing without assuming any financial risk themselves and they receive the full amount within a few days. Sunbit manages all patient billing, enabling providers to reduce time in accounts receivable and minimize effort on collections. Patients can easily request financing directly from the payment portal, benefiting from a 90% approval rate and a 0% financing option for 3 months. Additionally, there are 6, 12, and 18-month plans with competitive interest rates.


Important Note: You must have the In-App Credit Card Processing and the Patient Payment Portal features enabled and configured so your patients can use Pay Over Time with Sunbit from the portal.
