Idea Exchange allows you to help shape the future of CollaborateMD by submitting creative and innovative ideas on products, solutions, and support. Through an ongoing partnership, we can create and innovate together to provide the appropriate products, solutions, and support that deliver the right value to your business. After an idea is submitted, we as a community, will vote and collaborate on that idea. The ideas that receive the most votes each month will be reviewed by our Idea Committee. These ideas will be assessed and implemented based on affordability and scheduled for a future release within our application. If your idea is chosen for implementation you will receive an email notifying you that your idea has been moved from Active to In Progress.

CMD2GO is a secure web application where authorized users can conveniently create patients, manage their schedules and communicate via CMD messaging when they are on the go. You will be able to access CMD2GO anywhere, anytime, on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or computer using a supported web browser.
These key features can be used without accessing the full CollaborateMD application, which means you can check and update your schedule, and send/receive secure messages with other users in your office, from anywhere.
CMD2GO includes features such as creating and modifying appointments and appointment blocks so that managing your appointment scheduler on the go is more convenient.

There are no specific screen resolution requirements. CMD2GO is responsive, which means it will automatically scale based on the device or resizing of the browser window.
Devices running Apple iOS 10 or newer can use CMD2GO (this is due to the older version of Safari running on these devices). To find the iOS version installed on your device, go to Settings > General > About.
Our Self-Service Portal allows you to resolve your questions 24/7 without contacting Support. You can visit our Self-Service Portal by logging onto crm.collaboratemd.com with your username (email address) and the password emailed to you. Within the Self-Service Portal, you can log new cases, add comments or upload attachments to open cases, vand iew or re-open closed cases,
You must be a CMD customer with a valid username and password to access the Portal. Please contact our Support Department to gain access.
Boost your patient payments by allowing them to make payments directly on your online portal. Patients can b invited to the Payment Portal and they will receive a welcome email with their login information or they can register with their patient account number. Once a patient is registered within the portal, they can make one-time payments, set up automatic payments, view payment history, print statements, and much more.
