Payment Tracker

Payment Tracker is used for tracking any payments that have been posted to your account. The payment tracker screen provides an easy and efficient way to search for any patient or insurance payment as well as any payment plan payments, view which patients or claims are associated with payments and print any receipts associated with those payments. 

The payment tracker also allows you to track more complicated payments. For example, you can view payments that created an account credit, which may have been applied to a charge or payment plan.

Staying up to date and organized with your payments will assist you in ensuring your provider is being reimbursed for their services.  

Who can use this feature?

Users with the Tracking permission.
