Description: The Eligibility Requests Report displays a list of all eligibility checks that were performed within a given date range as well as information related to the requests associated patient and payer.
Limitations: Does not include eligibility requests that were deleted.
Description: The Inactive Patients Report displays a list of all patients under the user's account that are set as inactive.
Limitations: Does not include active patients.
Description: The Incomplete Patient Report displays a list of all patients under the user's account that are set as incomplete.
Limitations: Does not include patients whose account information is complete.
Description: The Insurance Credits Report displays a list of insurance account credits that were either entered into the system within a given date range or received within a given date range. For each account credit found, the report displays information related to the payer that the credit is due to as well as the total amount and remaining amount of the account credit.
Limitations: Does not include deleted account credits. Only includes insurance account credits.
Description: The Next Appointment Report displays a list of patients who have an appointment date within a given date range. For each patient listed, the report displays information related to the patient's contact information, appointment date, and total balance. Grand totals related to the number and total balance of all patients listed can be found at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: None.
Description: The Patient Birthday Listing Report displays a list of patients who have a birthday within the chosen month(s) or patients who meet a certain age. This report includes patient details such as birth date, age and contact information.
Limitations: Does not include inactive patients or patients marked as incomplete.
Description: The Patient Deductible Report displays a list of insurance payments with an informational applied deductible amount set. That is, for each payment, a deductible amount that is due to the patient for that line item is also displayed. Information related to the patient as well as their primary and secondary deductible amounts are displayed along with the payer that the payments came from.
Limitations: None.
Description: The Patient Duplicates Report displays a list of all patients in the user's account that are duplicates based on one of the following criteria:
- The patients have the same SSN.
- The patients have the same last name, first name, and date of birth.
For each patient that is a duplicate, the patient's address information and other information are displayed to show how the records may differ despite being classified as duplicates.
Limitations: Does not include inactive patients.
Description: The Patient Follow-Up Report displays a list of patients that have a follow-up date that falls within a given date range. For each patient listed, the balance due to the patient and the balance due to the patient's insurance (for charges associated with the patient) as displayed. Grand totals for both balance fields can be found at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: None.
Description: The Patient Listing Report displays a list of patients (including their last visit, balance, birthday, and email) based on certain filter criteria. The report can be run in a variety of different ways including but not limited to:
- Claim date of service
- Last visit date
- Patient Age
- Patient Balance
- Practice
- Payer
Information related to the patient including patient/insurance/total balance, last visit, birthday, and email are displayed in the report. Grand totals for all balance field can be found at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: Does not include inactive patients.
Description: The Patient Listing by Balance Report displays a list of patients and their total charges broken up into various groupings based on charge status. Also displayed on the report is information related to the patient's address as well as various dates, such as last visit, last statement date, and follow-up date. Grand totals for all charge balance fields can be found at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: Does not include deleted charges.
Description: The Patient Listing by Payer Report displays a list of patients that have a particular payer or payers set as their primary, secondary, or tertiary insurance. Each patient's balance as well as their insurance balance is also displayed on the report. Grand totals for the balance fields can be found at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: Does not include inactive patients.
Description: The Patient Notes Report displays a list of patients that have a note entered within a given date range. For each note listed, the report also displays the patient ID, claim ID (if the note is associated to a claim), the date and time the note was entered and by whom, note type, and the note message.
Limitations: Does not include deleted notes.
Description: The Patient Recall Report displays a list of patients that have a recall date that falls within a given date range. For example, a recall may remind you that a patient needs to be seen for a follow-up in 3 weeks. For each patient listed, the balance due to the patient and the balance due to the patient's insurance (for charges associated with the patient) are displayed. Grand totals for both balance fields can be found at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: None.
Description: The Patient Statement Comments Report displays a list of all patients who have a customer statement comment set up o their account. For each patient returned on the report, the associated statement comment is also displayed.
Limitations: Does not include inactive patients. By default, the report does not include patients with no statement comment set.
Important Note: To set up a customer statement comment on a patient's account, go to the Statements section and enter a comment in the Patient Comment field.
Description: The Patient Statements Turned Off Report displays a list of all patients whose account is set up to not receive statements. The report also displays each patient's balance. Grand totals for the number of patients displayed and the total patient balance can be found at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: Does not include inactive patients. Does not include patients that are set up to receive statements.
Important Notes: To set up a patient's account to receive or not receive statements, go to the Patient's page > Billing Info tab and change the Send Statement option.
Description: The Patients Seen by Office Report displays a list of patients who have had claims within a given date range. For each patient listed, the report displays the number of claims associated with the patients and groups by the office and practice associated with the claims.
Limitations: Does not include deleted claims.
Description: The Patients at Collection Report displays a list of all patients that have a collection date falling within a given date range. For each patient returned on the report, information related to the patient's balance, collection amount, and address information is displayed. Grand totals for the number of patients and the total balance and collections amount can be seen at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: A collection date must be entered within the patient record under Patient page > Billing Info tab > Collection Options.
Description: The Patients with Account Credits Report displays a list of patients that have account credits associated with their account. For each patient listed, the report displays information related to the patient's credits and balance as well as the insurance credits and insurance balance associated with the patient's account. Grand totals for all credit and balance amounts can be seen at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: Does not include patients with no account credits.
Description: The Patient Statements Sent x Times Report displays a list of patients who have had statements sent a certain number of times. For each patient listed, the report also includes information related to the patient's balance and the insurance balance associated with the patient's account.
Limitations: By default, the report only includes patients having a balance greater than zero (0).
Description: The Payment Plan Balance Report displays a list of installments with balances within a given time frame. For each installment listed, the report also includes information related to the patient, payment plan, and installment payments and current balance. Grand totals for installment due amounts, paid amounts, and balances can be seen at the bottom of the report.
Limitations: Only includes balances for payment plans that are active and installments that are unpaid.
Description: The Referring Provider Patient Report displays a list of patients who have associated referring providers. For each patient listed, the report also displays information related to the patient's primary, secondary, and tertiary payers and is grouped by referring provider.
Limitations: Does not include inactive patients.
