The Appointment Types screen is where users manage the appointment types on the appointment scheduler. Appointment Types define information about the services to be rendered during a scheduled visit. Appointment types enable users to identify the type of appointment in order to plan accordingly (e.g. new patient visit, follow up visit, flu shots, etc.) as well as the allotted block of time per type. Appointment types can be as general or as specific as users need them to be.
