The Account Management screen allows Authorized Representatives (Auth Reps) to make specific requests concerning their account. It also allows Admins & Auth Reps to view high-level information (i.e. account name, number, and owner).
Who can use this feature?
Authorized Representatives.
Important: If you don't have an Authorized Representative on your account, please contact the Accounting Department for assistance.
