Claim Control allows you to update the claim status or complete a review for multiple claims simultaneously. This is helpful if you want to manually review claims and then send them out in batches, set the remaining balance due to the patient, or mark them as paid. It also allows you to make Mass Claim Updates by modifying multiple claims simultaneously. This includes updating details such as the Rendering and Billing Providers, the Facility, the Office Location, the Place of Service, and other relevant information across a batch of claims.
Who can use this feature?
Users with the Control permission can view and update claim statuses.
Users with the Mass Claim Updates permission can use the "Update Claims" button to update information on a batch of claims.
