The state of Texas requires certain information about all hospital visits to be reported on a quarterly basis as part of the Texas Health Care Information Collection program (THCIC). Our State Reporting feature allows users to easily export the required claim data fields in an ANSI 837 file format. State Reporting is available to all hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in the state of Texas. Unsure whether your facility is required to report this data?
