For any payers that require an agreement, an approval must be given before sending electronic transactions (e.g., claims). Payer agreements are forms that contain the legal agreement that addresses the electronic transactions that will occur between a payer and the practice or provider. You can fill out Payer Agreements through our application API. Once the agreement is submitted to the payer for processing, Admins and Auth Reps with the communication preferences will be notified via CollaborateMD Messaging when the payer has approved or denied the agreement.

Users with the Payer Agreement permission.
If you are notified from the payer directly regarding your agreement approval, please contact our Support department so that your agreement status can be updated accordingly.
CollaborateMD does not control how quickly your agreement will be processed. Each agreement cover sheet will give you an estimate of how many days it will take to be approved, please use time as a reference.
